These are the very first spy shots of the Guangzhou Auto Trumpchi AF. The AF (code name) is a new compact sedan that will hit the China car market in 2013. The Trumpchi AF will be Guangzhou Auto’s third car to use the Trumpchi-name after the Trumpchi sedan and the Trumpchi GS5 SUV.
The Trumpchi AF is really a small car, that still leaves space between the AF and the Trumpchi sedan, a space that will likely be filled by a Trumpchi-branded Changfeng Liebao CP2. The Guangzhou Auto Trumpchi AF will debut at the Guangzhou Auto Show in December. Price will start around 80.000 yuan. Power will come from a ‘4B16’ 1.6, likely based on Fiat-technology.
