New spy shots from the facelifted Haima 7 SUV, it will debut on the April 2013 Shanghai Auto Show and it will be launched on the Chinese auto market soon thereafter. The facelift is rather drastic and included a completely new front, new rear lights and new rear bumpers.

The current Haima 7 SUV. Price starts at 105.800 yuan and ends at 152.800 yuan. Power comes from a 150hp/180nm 2.0 L4, mated to a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed automatic. Both engines will continue in the facelifted Haima 7 and price will be about the same.

The vehicle definitely loox better. Less lines and less fuzzy lines. Haima’s design has been improving rapidly lately. Their new Haima M3 and Haima M8 sedans could even be called beautiful.

  1. Sorry, but the Haima 7 SUV isn’t anything near pretty. It’s generic, unimaginative and straight up boring. I don’t think a facelift is enough to save that car. I don’t deny there’s a certain value for money in it, just like GreatWall’s SUV, but in the end I’d rather splash out a few extra wans and get a Qashqai, KIA or Hyundai budget end SUV.
