The new Buick Verano hatchback debuted last week on the Guangzhou Auto Show, but the event was dark and hot so we didn’t get the best of pictures. So today we deliver another flock of photos, crystal clear from the Buick booth.
The hatch comes in two kinds: a sporty variant called the Verano GS, the blue car, and a base variant simply called ‘Verano’. The GS comes with a sporty front bumper, speedy alloys, a racy body kit, and go-fast touches inside.
The brand new Citroen DS 4S has been unveiled on the Guangzhou Auto Show. The DS 4S is a China-only premium hatchback that is set to compete with the Audi A3, the BMW 1-Series, and the Mercedes-Benz A-Class. Ambitious indeed, but the DS 4S sure looks premium, especially in this trendy ‘Dark Fire’ color scheme.
The final-final production version of the new Haval H7 was unveiled on the Guangzhou Auto Show in China. The Haval H7 is a new compact SUV that will be launched on the Chinese car market in early 2016. Price for the H7 will start around 125.000 yuan and end around 175.000 yuan.
The new Volkswagen Touran L was unveiled on the Guangzhou Auto Show in China. It is called L to differentiate it from the last-generation Touran, which will continue to be sold on the Chinese market, alongside the Touran L. The Touran L is not stretched or extended, it has the same wheelbase (2791) and length (4527) as the European version.
The Lamborghini Huracan Zhong has been launched on the Guangzhou Auto Show. The Zhong is a limited edition Huracan to celebrate ten years of Lamborghini in China. Zhong is short for ‘Zhongguo’, the Chinese name for China. Only fifty examples will be made, in red or yellow or black. It also is the weirdest China-special we have ever seen.
The new JAC iEV6S has been unveiled on the Guangzhou Auto Show. The iEV6S a new electric car for China based on the JAC Refine S2 compact SUV. The iEV6S, and what a great name that is, comes with a spacey grille and bumper with blue detailing (blue = green).
The new Beijing Auto Senova X55 SUV has been unveiled on the Guangzhou Auto Show in China. The Senova X55 is yet another compact SUV in the ever expanding Senova range. It will be launched on the Chinese car market in January 2016, and price will range from 80.000 yuan to 130.000 yuan.
