The new Volkswagen Beetle will be listed on the China car market in February as an import, price will start around 200.000 yuan and end around 330.000 yuan, there are no plans yet for local production.

Target: compete with the Mini which is extremely popular with coolieboolie Chinese girls. The Beetle will try to woo the babes with twelve (12) exterior colors to chose from. Engines for the Chinese market: 1.2 TSI, 1.4TSI and 1.8 TSI.
