The Insight is powered by a 88hp 1.4 and a 14hp electric motor, the same system that powers the much lighter Fit, meaning the Insight is slow. Honda said on the show that if demand is good enough it will consider making the Insight in China with the Dongfeng-Honda joint venture. We say to that: keep dreaming!
