The Chevrolet Cruze hatchback will be launched on the China car market in September, price will start around 90.000 yuan. The Cruze hatchback will be made in China by the Shanghai-GM joint venture that also makes the Chevrolet Cruze sedan.

Price of the sedan ranges from 95.900 yuan to 157.200 yuan. The sedan and hatchback share the same engines: 117hp 1.6 and 147hp 1.8. Earlier on we heard about a 1.4 turbo especially for the hatchback, but that engine seems out of the picture.
