2014 Nissan X-Trail will hit the China car market in March next year

The 2014 Nissan X-Trail will be launched on the China car market in March next year. Price will start around 220.000 yuan. The Nissan X-Trail will be made in China by the Dongfeng-Nissan joint venture, manufactured in a new factory in Huadu City in Guangdong Province.

The current Nissan X-Trail, made by Dongfeng-Nissan as well. Price starts at 207.800 yuan and ends at 269.800 yuan. Power comes from a 144hp 2.0 and a 184hp 2.5. The 2014 Nissan X-Trail will be powered by the same 2.0 and by a slightly more powerful version of the 2.5.

Nissan X-Trail is the largest SUV that Nissan produces in China. The Nissan Qashqai is also produced by the joint ventue, but the giant Nissan Patrol is imported.
