The local Shanghai government adds a free license plate to the state subsidies, and that is worth another 80.000 yuan (eighty thousand); the average price for a new license on the mandated government controlled license plate auction in Shanghai.

The iEV4 is powered by an electric motor with an output of 56hp and 170nm. Juice comes from a lithium iron phosphate battery. Top speed is 95 km/h and range is 160 kilometer. Charging takes 8 hours on 220V or 2.5 hours on a fast-charger.
