Facelifted Besturn B70 launched on the China car market

The facelifted Besturn B70 has been launched on the China car market, giving the growing Besturn brand an up to date entry in the booming mid-size sedan segment. Price for the Besturn B70 starts at 99.800 yuan and ends at 149.800 yuan. The facelift has done the Besturn B70 many good, it suddenly has become a very good looking car with clean lines and a sporty stance.

Interior updated as well with a new dashboard with an interesting curved line running from the instrument binnacle to the glove box.

Great profile, but it works better on light colors.

The Besturn B70 is available with two engines: a Mazda-sourced four-cylinder petrol engine with 143hp and 185nm, and a Volkswagen-sourced 1.8 turbo with 186hp and 235nm for the Besturn B70 ‘RS’. Both engines will be mated to a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic.

The engines are manufactured in China by the FAW-Mazda and FAW-Volkswagen joint ventures respectively. Besturn is a brand of First Auto Works (FAW).
