This is the new facelifted Chevrolet Aveo sedan for the Chinese car market. The sedan will be launched later this month and the hatchback in early July, giving GM two freshly updated vehicles in the vitally important compact car segment. Price for the sedan will start around 80.000 yuan and end around 120.000 yuan.

Interior has been updated as well, featuring an almost-fully digital dashboard and slightly better materials than before. Power comes from 1.4 and 1.6 liter four-cylinder petrol engines mated to a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic.

The Chevrolet Aveo is manufactured in China by the Shanghai-GM joint venture. The Aveo is the second-cheapest car the joint venture sells, sitting just behind the Chevrolet Sail.
