This is the 2024 Volkswagen ID.6 Crozz. Four models, namely, Prime, Pro, Pure+, and Pure, were launched in China with an official price range of 258,900 – 336,900 yuan (35,000 – 46,000 USD). As a facelift model, the new car introduced configuration changes and improved the cruising range. According to the official FAW-VW website, the 2024 Volkswagen ID.6 Crozz currently offers a maximum discount of up to 45,000 yuan (6,100 USD) for a limited time.
The 2024 Volkwagen ID.6 Crozz’s appearance largely remains unchanged. Consumers can select from four exterior body colors: white, blue, orange, and gold. The white version costs an additional 2,000 yuan (272 USD). The current purple exterior color will no longer be offered. Positioned as a medium-to-large SUV, the 2024 Volkswagen ID.6 Crozz retains its current size of 4891/1848/1679 mm, with a 2965mm wheelbase.
The interior comes standard with a 5.3-inch full LCD instrument panel, a 12-inch floating central control screen, and an AR-HUD. Most of the physical button functions in the car are now integrated into the central control screen. The original leather wrapping on the steering wheel is replaced with imitation leather material. Furthermore, the MOSC 4.0 intelligent car system is upgraded, supporting functions such as voice interaction and online navigation.
In addition, the 2024 Volkswagen ID.6 Crozz offers 2+2+2 six-seat and 2+3+2 seven-seat layouts. The front seats can be electronically adjusted in 12 ways and support massaging. In terms of safety, it comes standard with level 2+ advanced driving assistance functions, including autonomous parking, collision avoidance, and emergency braking.
Other configurations include 30-color ambient lights and a 2.17-square-meter sunroof.
The new car is available in rear-wheel (Pure, Pure+, and Pro) and four-wheel (Prime) drives. The Pure is equipped with a 132 kW and 310 Nm motor and is powered by a 62.6 kWh ternary lithium battery pack, giving it a 480 km pure electric cruising range (CLTC). The Pure+ and Pro are equipped with a 150 kW and 310 Nm motor, paired with an 84.8 kWh ternary lithium battery pack, offering a 601 km pure electric cruising range (CLTC).
The Prime has an 80 kW front and 150 kW rear motor, with a combined power of 230 kW and a total torque of 472 Nm. It is equipped with an 84.8 kWh ternary lithium battery pack, offering a 560 km electric range.
Inside looks very cheap and the design is terrible like all Volkswagens
