This is the 2024 Jetour X90 Plus SUV. A total of four models were launched on November 8 in China with a price range of 101,900 – 126,900 yuan (14,000 – 17,400 USD). Jetour is a brand under Chery.
The X90 SUV was first launched in 2019. The X90 Plus is a facelift of the X90 launched in 2021. The size of the 2024 Jetour X90 Plus measures 4858/1925/1780 mm, and the wheelbase is 2850 mm. The new car is available in five exterior body colors and runs on 18-inch or 19-inch wheels.
Both five- and seven-seater layouts are offered. The seats are made of imitation leather. The high-end models come with 6-way electric adjustment for the driver’s seat while the top-end models come with heated front seats and ventilation functions for the driver’s seat. Furthermore, the second-row seats can be adjusted at multiple angles from 25° to 41°. The five-seater offers a standard trunk volume of 1130L.
A 60-inch panoramic sunroof is also present.
The front face is decorated with a large octagonal waterfall grille. The rear incorporates a silver decorative strip to connect the through-type taillights on both sides, coupled with two exhaust outlets at the bottom, which further highlight the sportiness of the vehicle.
The interior adopts a dual-screen design consisting of a 12.3-inch central control screen and a 12.3-inch full LCD instrument panel. The three-spoke flat-bottom steering wheel is wrapped in leather material. At the same time, ambient light strips are added to the door trims on both sides, and wireless charging is supported on the center console for the top-end models.
Other configurations include autonomous parking, lane departure warning, and blind spot monitoring.
The powertrain is equipped with either a 1.5T or 1.6T engine, mated to a 6MT or a 7DCT. The 1.5T engine has a maximum power of 115 kW and a peak torque of 230 Nm while the 1.6T engine has a maximum power of 145 kW and a peak torque of 290 Nm.
