Avatr has officially launched the refreshed version of its flagship intelligent luxury SUV — the Avatr 11. The announcement, made on April 27, 2025, introduces five new variants across extended-range and pure electric powertrains with prices starting at 289,900 yuan (40,000 USD).
Avatr has introduced its first performance-oriented official modification, the Dark Knight edition, which is equipped with KONI high-performance suspension typically found in ultra-luxury vehicles.
All Avatr 11 models come equipped with Huawei’s triple LiDAR intelligent driving assistance system, paired with Huawei’s Qiankun ADS intelligent driving system. This setup enables sophisticated features like point-to-point autonomous navigation and automated parking, delivering a more human-like, efficient, and safe driving experience across various scenarios.
The Max versions, available in both extended-range and pure electric variants, come standard with features including Bowers & Wilkins audio systems, an active rear wing, silent electric suction doors, front zero-gravity seats, and ventilated, heated and massage-capable rear seats.
The Avatr 11 Max extended-range version features an advanced Kunlun intelligent range extension system, offering a pure electric CLTC range of 225km and a total CLTC range of 1,065km. Its WLTC fuel consumption in extended mode is 6.2L/100km.
The Avatr 11 Max pure electric version is built on an 800V silicon carbide platform with a 116kWh CATL lithium battery, delivering a CLTC range of up to 815km. It can charge from 30% to 80% in just 25 minutes.
The Dark Knight edition represents Avatr’s first performance-oriented official modification. The vehicle features a matte grey exterior that creates a deep, sharp visual style, while the burgundy red interior creates a sporty and passionate cabin atmosphere. Additional colour options include Brilliant Black exterior and Purple or Smoke White interior selections.
This special edition is equipped with KONI high-performance suspension — the same system used in luxury vehicles like the Maserati Ghibli, Lamborghini Gallardo, and Ferrari Portofino. The suspension employs wide-range adaptive damping technology with a damping setting range from -15% to 50%, supporting 20-stage infinitely variable speed adjustment and responding to road conditions in milliseconds.
