Xiaomi reported that its deliveries in August 2025 surpassed 30,000 units, marking the second consecutive month that this threshold was exceeded. The figure combines sales of the Xiaomi SU7, SU7 Ultra, and YU7, which officially launched at the end of June. In July, deliveries also exceeded 30,000 units, bringing the company’s total volume since the start of sales in April 2024 steadily higher.

Alongside sales momentum, Xiaomi expanded its retail and service footprint. During August, 18 new stores were opened, raising the total to 370 locations across 105 Chinese cities. By the end of the month, the company also operated 189 service outlets in 112 cities. In September, Xiaomi plans to add 32 further stores in 14 more cities, including Tangshan and Taizhou.

Xiaomi has continued to increase production capacity. Its first-phase plant in Beijing Yizhuang is already operational, with the second-phase facility preparing for mass production, and the third-phase site secured in June of this year. Company founder and CEO Lei Jun has set a sales target of 350,000 units for 2025. Internal planning indicates an expectation of reaching between 400,000 and 500,000 units next year, with the potential to surpass 800,000 units in 2026.

Xiaomi announced that its deliveries in August 2025 surpassed 30,000 units.

The company confirmed that September purchase incentives remain unchanged from those offered in August. Buyers of the YU7 receive Nappa leather seats, a powered front trunk, a HEPA filtration system, and lifetime access to Xiaomi’s HAD end-to-end assisted driving system, with additional carbon fibre details included on the Max version. Purchasers of the SU7 are provided with Nappa leather seating and lifetime assisted driving usage rights. At the same time, SU7 Ultra customers are offered carbon fibre trim, five years of basic maintenance, and lifetime use of the HAD system.

The SU7, Xiaomi’s first production model, was launched in March 2024 at prices ranging from 215,900 yuan to 299,900 yuan (approximately 30,270 to 42,020 USD). Depending on the configuration, it offers a range between 700 and 830 kilometres under CLTC testing. The YU7, launched in June 2025, is priced between 253,500 yuan and 329,900 yuan (approximately 35,530–46,260 USD) and features an 800-volt silicon carbide architecture with driving ranges of 760 to 835 kilometres.

The performance-focused SU7 Ultra delivers up to 1,548 horsepower from its tri-motor setup, accelerating from zero to 100 kilometres per hour in 2.1 seconds and reaching a top speed of 350 kilometres per hour. At the 2025 Chengdu Auto Show, Xiaomi unveiled the Nürburgring Limited Edition of the SU7 Ultra, a limited edition of 100 units, featuring track-oriented aerodynamic and safety components.

According to Xiaomi’s official app, current waiting times vary across models. The YU7 Max requires about 39 weeks, while the SU7 Max is listed at approximately 34 weeks. The SU7 Ultra, when ordered with the track package, has a shorter delivery time of around five weeks.

In July 2025, Xiaomi Auto delivered 30,452 vehicles, with the SU7 contributing 24,410 units and the YU7 accounting for 6,042 units.
