On October 24, Xpeng released the interior images of its upcoming Xpeng X9 EREV seven-seater MPV following the debut yesterday, featuring “AI-powered” aviation-grade reading lights and a 4.2-meter long Ayous wood panel.
Currently, the Xpeng X9 has a BEV variant on the market, available in four trims with a price range of 359,800 to 419,800 yuan (49,900 to 57,800 USD), and three range options of 650 km, 702 km, and 740 km.

According to the official introduction, the interior has a new “Cloud Rose Brown” color scheme and is furnished with a 4.2-meter long Ayous wood panel on the dashboard. Hints of chrome trims are also present throughout the cockpit.

Xpeng claimed the aviation-grade reading lights are “AI-powered” and can create the natural light effect. The steering wheel has a diameter of 376 mm.

The independent second-row zero gravity seats are equipped with leg rest, massage, ventilation, and heating modes. A refrigerator is embedded under the center console.

Positioned as a seven-seater MPV, the Xpeng X9 EREV measures 5316/1988/1785 mm (l/w/h), and has a wheelbase of 3160 mm. Its curb weight is 2,750 kg.
The powertrain ultilizes XPeng’s Kunpeng Super Range Extension technology consisting of a 1.5T engine as the range extender with a maximum power of 110 kW (148 hp), a rear electric motor that generates 210 kW (282 hp), and a 63.3 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack from CALB-Tech. The Xpeng X9 EREV boasts a CLTC comprehensive range of 1,602 km and has a 60 L fuel tank.
Additionally, the Xpeng X9 EREV is equipped with an 800 V high-voltage platform, 5C fast-charging ability, and a CLTC pure electric range of over 450 km, according to previous official announcements.

In terms of appearance, the Xpeng X9 EREV continues the brand’s “Land Aircraft Carrier” design philosophy and the front face adopts the X-Robot Face 2.0 design. A new cyan exterior paint is also added.

The rear is equipped with a blue light to signal when the onboard advanced driving assistance system is activated. The “X9” and “PowerX” tail labels are located in the lower right.
