IM Motors, the premium electric vehicle brand of SAIC, has officially opened pre-orders for its new flagship large SUV, the IM LS9. The model is available in two configurations, with pre-sale prices set at 346,900 yuan (48,600 USD) and 376,900 yuan (52,800 USD). The LS9 is poised to make its market debut on November 12th, with a “Hyper” version slated for release in the first quarter of 2026.

As the brand’s new flagship, the IM LS9’s front fascia features a “Star Ring” continuous light strip integrated with T-shaped headlamps on either side. A closed-off front grille is complemented by a trapezoidal air intake and chrome accents below.

From the side, the LS9 boasts a fluid design characterised by a straight waistline and “pie-shaped” wheel rims. The rear design features a large, sculpted surface, with shoulder lines and contours that align with its large SUV classification.
