Xiaomi launches “In-Stock Vehicle Program” for expedited deliveries
Xiaomi today announced the launch of its “In-Stock Vehicle Purchase Program,” offering customers a faster path to ownership for select models. The program, which includes brand-new vehicles, official display cars, and nearly-new vehicles, aims to reduce delivery times for eager buyers.
The available inventory comprises three categories:
- Brand-new vehicles: These originate from officially identified and processed abnormal orders, as well as vehicles where customers were unable to take delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Official display vehicles: Sourced from Xiaomi Auto’s official stores, these are static display models (not test-drive vehicles). While some may exhibit minor wear from showroom exhibition, their exteriors and interiors have been thoroughly cleaned and prepared. Specific conditions will be detailed in a vehicle condition confirmation document.
- Nearly-new vehicles: These are vehicles that previously had minor imperfections, such as those incurred during transportation. They have since undergone official repairs and additional pre-sale inspections.
Customers purchasing through the in-stock program will benefit from expedited delivery, a full original factory warranty, and comprehensive after-sales service. Additionally, some models may qualify for special discounts. For orders locked before 11:59 PM on December 26, 2025, delivery is anticipated by the end of 2025. Should Xiaomi Auto’s reasons cause invoicing and delivery to extend into 2026, customers will be eligible for a cross-year purchase tax subsidy.
The program will roll out in phases. Starting at 12:00 PM on December 1, 2025, existing customers who have locked orders for a Xiaomi SU7, Xiaomi SU7 Ultra (including the optional track professional package), or Xiaomi YU7, but have not yet taken delivery and are prior to the invoicing process, will receive priority access to switch to an in-stock vehicle of the same model.
The “In-Stock Vehicle Purchase Program” will then open to all users starting at 10:00 AM on December 3, 2025.
For those interested in official display vehicles, Xiaomi Auto will invite customers to the respective delivery centre within 72 hours of placing an order to complete an offline vehicle inspection. The order will be locked only after the vehicle’s condition is confirmed. Customers are advised to act promptly, as failure to complete the inspection within the specified timeframe will result in automatic order cancellation, preventing re-ordering of that particular vehicle.
