GWM’s Haval Raptor SUV gets Plus variant with up to seven seats
Great Wall Motor’s (GWM) Haval Raptor plug-in hybrid SUV is getting a larger variant, either called the Haval Raptor Plus or Haval Raptor V7 Plus, according to the Chinese MIIT. The new car will be offered in five-seater and seven-seater layouts.

The Haval Raptor Plus largely retains the design of the 2026 Haval Raptor, with some minor detail updates including the upgraded solid white panel on the front fascia right below the “HAVAL” brand logo, which now also adopts a smaller font.

In the rear, the longitudinal taillights remain unchanged.

Longer than the Haval Raptor by design, the Haval Raptor Plus’ wheelbase has been extended to 2850 mm, compared to the current 2738 mm. Its length is 4912 mm or 4792 mm (including the rear spare tire), width is 1950 mm, and height is 1886 mm or 1905 mm. The powertrain continues to ultilize a 1.5T Hi4 plug-in hybrid system, paired with lithium iron phosphate battery. The 1.5T engine has a maximum power of 115 kW (154 hp) and a top speed of 190 km/h.
The battery capacities are 23.7 kWh (weighs 186 kg), 44.7 kWh (weighs 250 kg), and 33.7 kWh (weighs 244 kg), corresponding to pure electric ranges of 103 km & 105 km, 188 km & 191 km, and 145 km & 147 km. The corresponding curb weights are 2200 kg & 2115 kg, 2195 kg & 2280 kg, and 2185 kg & 2275 kg.
At this time, the electric motor specifications have not been revealed.

The panoramic sunroof is a standard feature, while the lidar, side and rear cameras, side steps, and studs on the wheel eyebrows are optional configurations.
