Chery released Tiggo 7L SUV official images in China
On March 2, Chery released the official images of its Tiggo 7L A-segment SUV in China. The Tiggo 7L was reportedly exported to Russia, but Chery now plans to also sell the model in China, and seemingly with an updated design, according to Chinese news outlet Dongchedi.

Currently, the Tiggo 7 series in China consists of four models, namely, the Tiggo 7 Plus, the Tiggo 7 High Performance Edition, the Tiggo 7 Premium Edition, and the Tiggo 7 C-DM, priced between 74,900 to 142,900 yuan (10,900 to 20,800 USD).

Judging from the official images, the Tiggo 7L for the Chinese market adopts differing design elements. In the front, the new car has a large V-shaped grille, embedded with the Chery logo at the center and integrated with slender headlights on both sides. Three smaller grilles are also visible, two on the sides and one on the bottom. The large grille likely indicates a gasoline-powered vehicle.
Feom the side, the Tiggo 7L adopts a floating roof and semi-concealed door handles. The windows are further decorated with chrome trims.

In the rear, the taillights are embedded with a lighting design and a high-mounted brake light is located on the roof spoiler. Red reflectors and a mesh bumper design are present at the bottom.
At this time, Chery has not revealed the dimensions and powertrain specifications of the Tiggo 7L.
Based on the naming, the Tiggo 7L is expected to be larger than the Tiggo 7. For reference, the current Tiggo 7 Premium Edition measures 4500 mm in length, 1842 mm in width, and 1746 mm in height, with a 2670 mm wheelbase. The Tiggo 7 High Performance Edition measures 4545 mm in length, 1898 mm in width, and 1670 mm in height, with a 2672 mm wheelbase.
