Geely‘s brand Lotus has unveiled the interior of its For Me hybrid SUV and confirmed its launch in China by the end of March 2026, with European markets to follow mid-year and expansion to North America, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific regions thereafter.

The hybrid performance SUV showcases Lotus’s new LTS (Lotus Tuned Specification) engineering philosophy, which translates the company’s 78 years of racing and engineering expertise into production vehicles.

The interior design shares many elements with the all-electric Eletre, featuring a slim digital instrument cluster complemented by a large head-up display. The SUV sports a non-circular four-spoke steering wheel with a centering ring, while the stepped center console includes multi-color ambient lighting and a floating touchscreen display. Both physical and electronic shift controls adorn the center tunnel.

The For Me is powered by a 900V “X-Hybrid” architecture that combines a 2.0T combustion engine with dual electric motors to produce 952 horsepower. This powertrain enables the SUV to accelerate from 0-100km/h in 3.3 seconds, reach 200km/h in 10.5 seconds, and complete the quarter-mile in 11.16 seconds. Notably, the vehicle maintains exceptional performance even with just 10% battery charge, still achieving 0-100km/h in 3.5 seconds.

The hybrid system incorporates a 70kWh battery pack with an 11C discharge rate, contributing to a combined range exceeding 1400km. The For Me also features a 150kW onboard power generation system that maintains the battery in its optimal 30-80% efficiency range, and can add 25kWh of energy per hour during highway cruising.

The For Me was developed through collaboration between Chinese and European engineering teams, with British engineers focusing on chassis dynamics while Chinese teams developed powertrain and driver assistance technologies.

The all-wheel-drive system offers four energy modes: electric priority, fuel priority, forced electric, and Lotus intelligent drive. The system can intelligently optimize power distribution based on navigation data and predicted road conditions.
