Powertrain and battery
The Boyue EREV uses a 1.5-litre range-extender system paired with a 160 kW electric motor. Battery options include 28.3 kWh and 50.4 kWh lithium iron phosphate packs. The larger battery offers a 375 km CLTC electric range, while the smaller one offers 220 km. The combined driving range is 1400 km and 1525 km, respectively.
Fuel consumption in charge-depleted mode is listed at 4.95 L/100 km and 5.15 L/100 km under WLTC conditions. Geely states that the range-extender system achieves a thermal efficiency of 47.26% and generates 3.77 kWh of electricity per litre of fuel.
The battery system supports 3C fast charging, allowing charging from 30% to 80% in approximately 15 minutes, and includes 6 kW vehicle-to-load capability.
Exterior and dimensions
The exterior follows the Boyue family design language with a fastback-style profile and a drag coefficient of 0.286 Cd. The SUV measures 4680 mm in length, 1892 mm in width, and 1650 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2778 mm. Wheel options include 17-inch and 18-inch designs.
Additional exterior features include split headlights, a through-type LED light strip, and a rear light bar with sequential turn signals.
Interior and technology
The interior adopts a wraparound cockpit layout and includes an 8.8-inch instrument cluster and a 14.6-inch central display. The vehicle runs the Flyme Auto system and supports multiple phone connectivity protocols, including Flyme Link, Huawei HiCar, and Carlink, as well as dual-zone voice interaction.
Other features include a 50W wireless charging pad, an optional 16-speaker audio system, and an optional 15-inch head-up display. Driver assistance functions include L2-level systems such as adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping assist.
CarNewsChina reported on February 13 that the Geely Boyue was among the top-selling passenger vehicles in China’s January 2026 wholesale ranking, based on industry data.
