On July 10, Leapmotor’s mid-size SUV – the new Leapmotor C11 was officially launched in China, available in BEV and EREV variants. As a facelift model, the new car has undergone a number of upgrades in terms of appearance, interior, and powertrain.
- BEV: 149,800 – 165,800 yuan (20,870 – 23,090 USD), 640 km CLTC cruising range
- EREV: 149,800 – 159,800 yuan (20,870 – 22,260 USD), 300 km CLTC pure electric range, 1,220 km CLTC comprehensive range
Earlier, the pre-sale opened on July 3rd.

Six body colors are offered, including the newly added beige, silver, two shades of gray, white, and black.


The length, width, and height of the Leapmotor C11 are 4780/1905/1658 mm, respectively, and the wheelbase is 2930 mm.


The drag coefficient has been reduced from the previous 0.286 Cd to 0.28 Cd.

Some trims come with a 128-line roof lidar that has a detection range of 300 meters and a field of view of 140°. The advanced driving assistance system is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8650 intelligent driving chip and can realize 27 highway & urban navigation on autopilot functionalities as well as parking assistance.

- EREV: a 70 kW (94 hp) 1.5L engine, a rear 200 kW (268 hp)/320 Nm permanent magnet synchronous motor, 41.7 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery, top speed of 170 km/h, 0 to 100 km/h acceleration time of 7.6 seconds, curb weight of 2,090 kg
- BEV: a 220 kW (295 hp)/360 Nm rear permanent magnet synchronous motor, top speed of 190 km/h, 0 to 100 km/h acceleration time of 6.1 seconds, curb weight of 2,110 kg
It is worth pointing out that both variants have upgraded to an 800V high-voltage platform and take 18 minutes to recharge the battery from 30% to 80% under fast charging. Moreover, the BEV variant’s lithium iron phosphate battery capacity has increased from 78.5 kWh to 81.9 kWh, which increased the CLTC range from 580 km to 640 km.

The cockpit is equipped with a new dual-color double-spoke flat-bottom steering wheel and cancelled the previous triple-screen layout. Instead, there is a 10.25-inch instrument panel and a 17.3-inch 2K resolution central control screen with a built-in Qualcomm Snapdragon SA8295P chip to power the onboard Leapmotor OS 4.0 Plus operating system. The DeepSeek AI model is integrated into operating system to support an AI voice assistant.

The high-end trims also come with Leapmotor’s third-generation 60-inch AR-HUD, which can project navigation and assisted driving information in front of the driver’s field of vision.



There are 26 storage slots throughout the interior.



The panoramic sunroof has an area of 1.49 m2.
