New Zeekr 7X pre-sale opens: 900V platform, max 784 hp, G-Pilot H7 ADAS
On October 20, Zeekr opened its new Zeekr 7X for pre-sales with a more powerful electric motor and a larger battery pack, offering three trims:
- 75 kWh RWD Max: 370 kW (496 hp) electric motor, 0 to 100 km/h acceleration in 5.4 seconds, Geely’s Golden Brick battery, 620 km CLTC range
- 103 kWh RWD Max: 370 kW (496 hp) electric motor, 0 to 100 km/h acceleration in 5.1 seconds, CATL’s Qilin battery, 802 km CLTC range
- 103 kWh AWD Ultra: 585 kW (784 hp) dual electric motors, 0 to 100 km/h acceleration in 2.98 seconds, CATL’s Qilin battery, 715 km CLTC range
Consumers who paid a 2,000 yuan (281 USD) deposit can enjoy 7,000 yuan (982 USD) discount off the purchase price. The official launch is scheduled for October 20 in China.
The entire series comes standard with Geely’s G-Pilot H7 advanced driving assistance system, which is supported by 31 sensors throughout the vehicle and powered by a Nvidia Drive Thor-U chip with 700 TOPS.
As a reminder, the G-Pilot system offers five variants: H1, H3, H5, H7, and H9. The H7 can realize highway NOA, city streets NOA, and door-to-door navigation without HD maps.
Another upgrade is the standard 900V high-voltage platform, enabling a 10% to 80% battery recharge in 10 minutes.
For reference, the previous RWD trim delivers 310 kW (416 hp) and 440 Nm, while the AWD delivers 475 kW (637 hp), paired with 75 kWh lithium iron phosphate and 100 kWh ternary lithium battery packs. The CLTC cruising ranges are 605 km, 705 km, and 780 km.
The exterior is available in seven paints with the appearance and dimensions consistent with the previous model: 4825/1930/1666 mm (l/w/h), and a wheelbase of 2925 mm. The curb weight ranges from 2,280 kg to 2,470 kg.
The interior also remains largely unchanged with a 15.05-inch central control screen, a 13.02-inch LCD instrument cluster, and a flat-bottom steering wheel.
Other configurations include sensor-based frameless automatic doors, privacy glass for the rear row, 355 mm rear seat electric leg rest, an onboard -6℃～50℃ refrigerator that supports both heating and cooling, and rear tables.
Additionally, the rear row has 1187 mm of legroom. The trunk volume is 905 L. There are also 40 storage slots throughout the interior.
