2026 Zeekr X spotted: new interior design and Energee battery option coming
Recent photos have revealed the 2026 Zeekr X hatchback ahead of its expected fourth-quarter update. The refreshed model will introduce a new variant equipped with Zeekr‘s Energee battery, alongside several interior refinements. The current Zeekr X lineup features five variants priced between 149,000 and 199,000 yuan (20,700-27,600 USD).
The exterior design remains largely unchanged from the current model. The photographed vehicle displays a matte grey finish with a contrasting black roof and features distinctive five-spoke flower petal-style wheels. The vehicle maintains its current dimensions: 4,450mm in length, 1,836mm in width, and 1,572mm in height, with a 2,750mm wheelbase.
Inside, several notable changes can be observed. The centre console has been redesigned, abandoning the current flow-through design in favour of a traditional closed configuration that incorporates a wireless phone charging pad and additional storage space. Door panels and seats now feature new diamond-patterned stitching, although it remains unclear whether this will be standard across all trim levels. The 2026 model will also add rear centre air conditioning vents for improved passenger comfort.
The vehicle is expected to retain its current triple-screen setup, featuring an 8.8-inch digital instrument cluster, a 14.6-inch central touchscreen, and a 24.3-inch head-up display.
Regarding powertrain options, the current Zeekr X offers both single and dual-motor configurations. The single-motor version delivers 200 kW (268 hp), while the dual-motor setup produces a combined 315 kW or 422 hp (115kW front, 200kW rear). These are paired with either 49 kWh or 66 kWh battery packs, providing electric driving ranges of 420km, 500km, 512km, or 560km, depending on the configuration. The 2026 model’s new Energee battery option is expected to significantly extend these range figures.
The updated Zeekr X is scheduled to launch in the fourth quarter, with more details expected in the coming months.
