GAC Hyptec A800 unveils interior at 2025 Auto Guangzhou, featuring Huawei Qiankun ADS 4 Ultra
GAC Hyptec officially unveiled the interior details of its A800 at the 2025 Auto Guangzhou.
The Hyptec A800 is positioned as a mid-to-large-sized extended-range sedan-coupe, boasting dimensions of 5130mm in length, 1966mm in width, and 1500mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3020mm. Its four-door, five-seat sedan configuration is designed to cater to both family and business needs. Rear legroom exceeds 900mm, complemented by adjustable seatbacks, ensuring comfortable seating even for taller passengers. The conventional trunk offers 480L of storage.
The vehicle showcases an “Interstellar Fluid” body design, highlighted by a 6-meter continuous halo light strip extending from the front to the outer side of the doors. This is paired with the world’s first three-sided flip-up headlights and Huawei’s million-pixel intelligent projection headlights, forming a “H-shaped” front fascia. Its fastback silhouette, flush door handles, C-pillar guide fins, and active air intake grille contribute to a drag coefficient as low as 0.21Cd.


Inside, the Hyptec A800 adopts an “Interstellar Cockpit” design philosophy. The wraparound centre console features a three-screen interactive system comprising a 10.25-inch full LCD instrument cluster and a 27-inch W-HUD.


For intelligent cabin features, the A800 is equipped with the HarmonySpace 5 system, powered by a 14.6-inch central control screen and a Qualcomm flagship chip, achieving a 0.3-second response time.

The front seats offer 8-way power adjustment, heating, ventilation, and three massage modes. Rear passengers benefit from 4-way power adjustment and heating, with a central armrest integrating a touchscreen for controlling air conditioning, seats, and multimedia. Active noise cancellation technology and a 14-speaker Infinity sound system, strategically placed throughout the cabin, with interior noise levels below 65 decibels at 120 km/h.

Under the hood, the Hyptec A800 features a 1.5T extended-range engine (with a maximum engine power of 118kW) paired with a 35.027 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack. It offers a WLTC pure electric range of 178 kilometres, and a combined range exceeding 1200 kilometres with a full tank and charge. Fuel consumption in charge-sustaining mode is 5.74L/100km.
