BMW i3 and i8 will come to China in 2014

A member of the senior management team of the Brilliance-BMW joint venture told Chinese media that the BMW i3 and BMW i8 electric vehicles will come to China in 2014. Production in Germany is scheduled to start in 2013 but there are no plans for production in China. BMW will sell the ‘i-series’ via specially selected dealers from the Brilliance-BMW dealer network.
