New spy shots of the Chery E3, formerly known by its code name Chery A19. The Chery E3 will be launched on the Chinese auto market in April next year. Price will range from 60.000 to 80.000 yuan.

Power will come from a 1.5 with 108hp, mated to a five-speed manual. Size: 4450/1748/1493, wheelbase is 2570. There will likely also be a Chery-Cowin branded version of the E3, to be called ‘Cowin 3’, but it is yet unsure when that one will hit the market.

A very clean design for Chery, not bad at all, but not very exiting either. Most buyers in this segment however want a cheap car that loox like a car and don’t fancy anything too hip.
