If true, it would be the biggest surprise of the upcoming Guangzhou Auto Show. According to Sina.com, the car above is a concept for a new brand from FAW-VW, the concept will debut in Guangzhou. The new brand will be a baby from VW and FAW, platforms and engines however will all be VW’s.

FAW has three own brands today: FAW, Hongqi (Red Flag) and Besturn. FAW has joint ventures with VW, Toyota and Mazda. One would think they are busy, but apparently not busy enough. Biggest question now is the brand name, what will it be? We’ll find out soon…
