FAW-Besturn B30 will Debut at the Shanghai Auto Show

After some rumors about a possible delay we can now confirm that the ‘new’ Besturn B30 sedan will debut at the Shanghai Auto Show next month. The ‘new’ B30 is based on the Volkswagen Jetta PQ32 platform. The Jetta is still being made by the FAW-Volkswagen joint venture. The ‘new’ B30 will also use the Jetta’s 1.6 litre engine, in the B30 it’ll pump out 74kw and 154nm. Price will start around 70.000 yuan.
