GM was kind enough to hang a huge billboard of the Buick Envision Concept on the wall of one of the halls from the Shanghai Auto Show. The concept is scheduled to debut on April 19. The Envision is based on the Chevrolet Captiva and features a PHEV plug-in hybrid System.
