Chery Tiggo to get a CVT in China, new 1.8
The Chery Tiggo SUV is only available with a 5-speed manual and that seriously keeps sales down in the Chinese market. Chery will soon launch a CVT connected to a new 1.8 engine. No CVT plans yet for the current 1.6 which will continue. Price will start just under 100.000 yuan.
