The Vita minicar is made by Tianjin-FAW in the great city of Tianjin. The Vita (Weizhi in Chinese) is a popular car is secondary cities and the countryside. There are not many around in the big cities such as Beijing and Shanghai. FAW now seems busy developing a Cross version of the Vita with extra-large tyres.

Engine will be a new 1.3 turbo based on FAW’s existing 1.3. Standard engine has 67kw and 120nm. Cross’ price yet unknown, normal car starts at 49.900 yuan. 4×4 is very unlikely.
