Toyota’s China sales up 28.4% in July

Toyota Motor Corp. said Monday that it sold 82,500 new vehicles in China in July, up 28.4 percent from the previous year.

The result marks a rapid recovery for the automaker, which had logged year-on-year monthly sales declines until June due to a parts shortage caused by the March earthquake and tsunami in northeastern Japan. Via: Mainichi.
