Best spy shots so far of the upcoming Chery Riich G2 hatchback. The G will debut at the Guangzhou Auto Show in late November to compete with cars such as the Suzuki Swift and Volkswagen Polo. Price will start around 80.000 yuan.

The Riich G2 is based on the Chery A3. Same platform, same engines: 1.5 , 1.6 and maybe a 1.5 turbo. Transmission: 5-speed manual or CVT. A nice looking little machine it is, lines a bit messy here and there but overall a modern looking little car that won’t have much trouble finding buyers. The 1.5 turbo would do well with the young ‘n cool.
