Spy Shots: Chery M16 testing in China

Nope, the Chery M16 sedan is still not finished. Chery has been busy with it for several years now and it might finally hit the China car market early next year, debut is expected at the April 2012 Beijing Auto Show.

Riich-badge on the wheel. This could mean there will be a Riich-branded M16 as well. The M16 is based on the Chery A3 but a little longer. The M16 will be a cheap large sedan like Chery has so many already. Chery seems to think that the more sedans you offer the more you will sell. Only engine at launch will be a 1.6, the supercharged 1.3 might join the line-up later. Gearbox: 5-speed manual or CVT.
