The new Ford Focus ST debuted earlier this week at the Beijing Auto Show. The yellow monster, is will also be available in other colors.., will hit international markets later this year. It will be sold on the Chinese car market as well and that marks the first time the Focus ST, or any Ford ST, is available in China.

The Focus ST is powered by a 2.0 turbocharged Ecoboost engine, good for 250hp and mated to a 6-speed manual. The ST will attack in a strong growing segment of the Chinese car market: affordable small fast cars for younger buyers. The standard Focus is made in China by the Chang’an-Ford joint venture, the ST however will be imported.
