Here we have a well modified BMW X6, seen in the great city of Shanghai. Painted in matte red with a carbon fiber-style bonnet and roof, a Hamann body kit and super big 21 inch tires with sleazy black alloys and a white rim. A great combination of taste!
The BMW X6 is a popular automachine in China, especially the high powered V8 models. We have a small collection: lime-green, in gold, one in silver & lime-green and one Hamann Tycoon in matte-black. The X6 is imported into China and therefore very expensive, price starts at 1.06 million yuan and ends at 2.19 million yuan. The owner of this great red example spend 250.000 yuan on the extra kit. Lotta money, but it is a special car…
The mustang with the Shelby stripes in the background is a much more interesting find in China.
Wish you had pictures of that instead. X6’s are common in Shanghai, I’ve never seen a Mustang here.
waddabout matte red X-sixes? Mustang:

Saw that article, but I still haven’t seen one in the wild. Considering the excess of wealth here in Shanghai, you’d think I’d have seen one by now. But not yet.
I’m guessing the import numbers are very very small for now.
