Car owners in faraway Tongzhou District in Beijing fear for their tires. A tire thief managed to steal eight complete sets of tires from eight vehicles parked at e brand new residential area. Nobody saw a thing, and the owners of the cars are angry.

Security in this kinda new compounds is often non-existent, leaving home owners scared sweating in their bunks. Losing the wheels out there is particularly annoying since there usually won’t be any public transportation yet, not even taxi’s. Well, take a walk!
