The Tunland is already exported to Australia, South Africa, and several markets in the Middle East. The appearance of a Tunland in Pune indicates BAIC is planning export to India too, but nothing has been officially confirmed yet.

BAIC is also working on a new 2.0 turbo that will be used in the Tunland and in the upcoming ‘U201 SUV’, which is based on the Tunland.
