Spy Shots: Volvo S60L is Naked in China
The very first spy shots of the all-naked Volvo S60L in China. The Volvo S60L is stretched by 8 centimeter (earlier reports said 12 centimeter) in the middle for more space in the back. The Volvo S60L will debut on the Chengdu Auto Show in September and it will be launched on the Chinese car market before the end of the year.

The Volvo S60L is made in the new Geely-built factory in Chengdu city, Sichuan Province. The factory will also build the XC60 SUV and a yet mysterious new mid-size sedan. The S60L will be powered by a 200hp 2.0 turbo (2.0T), a 241hp 2.0 turbo ( T5), or a 300hp 3.0 turbo (T6).
Price will start around 220.000 yuan. The Volvo S60L will compete head-to-head with the locally made & stretched Audi A4L and BMW 3Li. Mercedes-Benz makes the C-Class in China, but it has the same length as the European C, making it a very slow seller.
