The new Hengtian Auto T3 pickup truck has been launched on the China car market, price starts at 69.800 yuan and ends at 83.800 yuan. The T3, which looks a bit too much like a Volkswagen Tiguan up front,  is the biggest and most luxurious Hengtian-branded vehicle to far, it will be positioned above the Hengtian T1 and T2.

The Hengtian T3 is the third pickup we see representing a new trend of of small sporty pickup trucks aimed more at the passenger car market than at farmers.

Five-spoke Six-spoke alloys a reasonable successful attempt to be cool.

The Hengtian T3 is available with three engines: 2.2 petrol with 106hp, 2.4 petrol with 136hp and a 2.8 turbodiesel with 93hp. All engines are mated to a 5-speed manual. Size: 5500/1815/1760, wheelbase is 3380.

A remarkable well-designed dashboard for a local Chinese pickup-maker. Volkswagen-influence clearly visible again, but not in a that-bad way. Flat screens are so cheap in Chinese today that automakers can even fit them in the very cheapest cars.

The 2.4. No engine covers here. Hengtian wants an engine to look like an engine.
