The China (Guangzhou) International Automobile Exhibition, better known as the Guangzhou Auto Show, is the third-largest auto show in China after the rotating Beijing-Shanghai auto shows.
The 2013 Guangzhou Auto Show starts on Friday November 21 and ends on Monday December 2. November 21 is the only press day, the other days are public days.
The venue of the 2013 Guangzhou Auto Show is the China Import & Export Fair Complex in Panzhou District in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province (Google Maps).
The organization doesn’t list openings times on its website, but normally the doors open at 09:00 and close at 16:00.
On public days tickets can be bought at the door, but be prepared for huge crowds. Tickets can also be bought in advance via a new online ticketing system or in selected stores in Guangzhou. See this page for details.
There are two concurrent shows at the same time in the same venue: the Guangzhou International Commercial Vehicle Exhibition and the Guangzhou Auto Parts & Supplies Fair. The first is included in the ticket for the Guangzhou Auto Show, but a separate ticket is required for the second.
