This is the Geely Jiaji L compact MPV, a facelift of the current Jiaji. Three trims are launched with a price range of 119,800 – 142,800 RMB (17,300 – 20,600 USD).
The current Geely Jiaji is a six-seat minivan with a size of 4706/1909/1690mm and a 2805mm wheelbase. The ICE version is powered by a 1.8-liter four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine for 184hp and 300Nm. The PHEV version comes with a 1.5 three-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine for 177hp and an electric motor for 82hp. The combined power of this plug-in hybrid system is 190kW (258hp) and 415Nm. The price of this minivan in China is 119,800 – 168,800 RMB (18,820 – 26,510 USD).
The Jiaji L is 120mm longer than the current model and adopts a 7-seat layout. The size of the car is 4826/1909/1695mm with a 2805mm wheelbase.
The front air intake grille is integrated with the headlights on both sides. A chrome-plated trim strip runs across the lower front face.
The rear comes with a taillight unit, vertically arranged reflectors, and chrome-plated exhaust system trims.
On the fifth door of the minivan, we can see the characters “嘉际” (Jiaji) with the letter L.
The interior is equipped with a 10.25-inch instrument panel, a three-spoke flat-bottom steering wheel, and a floating 12.3-inch central control screen embedded with the Galaxy OS infotainment system.
In terms of safety, the Jiaji L comes with 14 level 2 driving assistance functions, and 6 airbags.
Consumers can choose from 2+2+2 six-seat and 2+3+2 seven-seat layouts.
The trunk volume is 513 liters, which can fit up to seven 20-inch luggage.
The Jiaji L is powered by a 1.5T turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 181hp, matched with a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox. The fuel consumption under WLTC conditions is 6.9L/100km.
