On June 14, BYD’s Fang Cheng Bao off-road SUV brand officially released a set of images for its upcoming Bao 3 all-electric SUV. The Bao 3 is the mass-produced version of the Super 3 concept car and the third model in Fang Cheng Bao’s “583 hard-core series”. The launch is expected to be later this year with a price tag of around 220,000 yuan (30,300 USD).
“583” refers to the Bao 5, Bao 8, and Bao 3.

Three different exterior colors were revealed, namely, green, white, and black, which matched the previously released camouflage images. Judging from the images, the appearance of the Bao 3 is much more conservative than the Super 3 concept car. BYD also claims that the appearance is inspired by Star Wars.
