From the side, the car runs on Giti tires with a size of 255/45 R20, paired with fluorescent yellow calipers. Black roof racks and traditional door handles are present.

In the front, the appearance of the Shanhai L6 largely follows the front face design of the Jetour Dasheng with a closed face and sharp headlights, except the logo has been changed from the “‘JETOUR” letters to the brand sign and the bottom grille design has been adjusted.

The rear has a through-type taillight group with the two ends adopting a step design as well as an electric tailgate. Additionally, the right side has a C-DM plug-in hybrid logo to indicate the vehicle’s identity.

Furthermore, in terms of safety, advanced driving assistance functions such as automatic emergency braking and driver fatigue monitoring are present, which is supported by a camera on the A-pillar.

Power comes from a 1.5T plug-in hybrid system consisting of a 1.5T four-cylinder engine and an electric motor, according to declaration information by the Chinese MIIT. The maximum power of the 1.5T engine is 115 kW (154 hp). Two ternary lithium battery pack options with capacities of 10.9 kWh and 19.43 kWh are available, providing a corresponding pure electric range of 48 km and 91 km, respectively (assuming CLTC conditions). The top speed is 180 km/h.

Inside, the cockpit is equipped with a double-spoke flat-bottom steering wheel, a floating central control screen, a rectangular instrument panel, and wireless charging panels. The dimensions are not yet revealed at this time. At the same time, the air conditioning control area contains numerous physical buttons.

Other configurations include a panoramic sunroof, atmosphere lighting, a Sony brand audio system, electric adjustment of driver and passenger seats, rear air-conditioning vents, electric adjustment of the exterior mirrors (including automatic folding when locking the car), and voice control capability.
