The Warrior M817 perfectly combines military-grade engineering with intelligent technology, becoming one of the first luxury electric off-road vehicles equipped with Huawei’s Qiankun ADS 4.0 intelligent driving system. The vehicle features a rugged, exaggerated exterior design that resembles futuristic battle armor from every angle.

As an electric vehicle, the M817 maximizes lighting aesthetics with distinctive daytime running lights, grille lighting, and an illuminated logo that creates high recognition when activated. The roof is equipped with three LiDAR sensors, demonstrating its advanced autonomous driving capabilities.

The M817 will be available in both city and off-road versions, with the off-road variant featuring nitrogen shock absorbers, anti-detachment rims, and AT tires for enhanced performance in challenging terrain. The rear design continues the rugged aesthetic with an external “backpack” storage feature, while the side rear windows incorporate floating ladders and perforated panels, providing off-road enthusiasts with customization options.

Built on the “Tianyuan Architecture” and powered by Huawei’s full-stack intelligent solution, the Warrior M817 achieves a breakthrough in intelligence, off-road capability, and premium positioning. The vehicle is designed to perceive, think, and evolve like a human, delivering a more luxurious, capable, and intelligent driving experience.

With Dongfeng’s military background providing the hardware foundation and Huawei’s technology supplying the “brain,” the M817 possesses dual “intelligent” and “wild” DNA, pioneering a new “intelligent off-road” category. The vehicle focuses on three main scenarios: urban commuting, suburban outings, and long-distance traversal, achieving the versatility of “three vehicles in one” that can handle city streets, off-road trails, and long journeys.

Visitors interested in seeing the Dongfeng Warrior M817 can visit the Dongfeng Automobile booth 6B07 in Hall 6.2 at the Shanghai Auto Show.
