Chery has officially launched the 2025 model of the Fulwin A8, introducing five new variants with prices ranging from 79,900 to 109,900 yuan (approx. 11,100 to 15,300 USD). The key highlight of this release is the addition of a 70km pure electric range version, which further enriches the Fulwin A8’s product lineup.

The 2025 Fulwin A8 continues to embody the “oriental aesthetics” design philosophy. The front fascia features a large, bold grille, complemented by a black decorative element between the grille and fog lamp area to enhance contrast and presence.
The car’s straight waistline from the side lends a sleek, low-slung stance. Measuring 4790 mm in length, 1843 mm in width, and 1487 mm in height, with a 2790 mm wheelbase, the Fulwin A8 balances a spacious interior with dynamic proportions.
At the rear, the model sports a full-width taillight with smoked detailing, seamlessly integrated with smooth body lines, emphasising a sporty character.

Inside, the Fulwin A8 retains its family-style interior with a modern double-screen layout that adds a tech-forward atmosphere. The infotainment system supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Huawei HiCar for seamless smartphone connectivity. The flat-bottom steering wheel enhances the sporty vibe inside the cabin.
The new model has Level 2 advanced driver assistance, supporting 19 intelligent driving assistance features to enhance safety and convenience.
The cabin features the Lion 5.0 AI smart cockpit system, powered by the powerful Snapdragon 8155 chip. The system boots up in just 2 seconds and operates on a large 24.6-inch dual-screen setup, offering smooth and intuitive interactions.
Under the hood, the Fulwin A8 uses a 1.5L high-efficiency hybrid engine paired with a hybrid system that delivers a CLTC-rated pure electric range of 70 km and a WLTC combined fuel consumption of 4.55L/100km. The total driving range exceeds 1,400 km CLTC.
This model employs a continuously variable super-hybrid DHT transmission with a peak mechanical efficiency of 98.5%. It offers four driving modes: pure electric, series hybrid, parallel hybrid, and direct engine drive, optimising performance and efficiency for various driving conditions.
