The Fang Cheng Bao Ti7 large five-seat plug-in hybrid SUV from BYD rolled off the production line in China. This family-oriented crossover with a load-bearing body will enter the market this year, offering the new DMS powertrain with two electric motors and a 1.5-liter ICE.
Fang Cheng Bao (FCB) is a high-end off-road brand launched by BYD in 2023. Its current model line includes three crossovers: Bao 5 (Leopard 5), Bao 8 (Leopard 8), and Ti3 (Tai 3, Titanium 3). It is worth noting that FCB-branded cars will be sold outside China under the Denza brand. The Ti7 (Tai 7, Titanium 7) will become the FCB’s fourth car to enter the market. Its mass production kicked off in China on August 11.
FCB Ti7 production
The first batch of mass-produced FCB Ti7 crossovers rolled off the production line in China, BYD reported on August 11.
The company shared the first official photos of the mass-produced vehicles on social media. It accompanied images with the inscription saying “smart factories are operating at full capacity”. This way, BYD responded to previous information about slowing production in China due to rising inventories.

The FCB business unit general manager, Xiong Tianbo, participated in the ceremony of the first Ti7 crossovers rolling off the production line. The first mass-produced Ti7 was finished in a silver-blue color with a LiDAR sensor on the roof. However, there were more mass-produced Ti7 SUVs rolling off the production line in black.
The Fang Cheng Bao Ti7 will enter the Chinese market in Q4 2025. CarNewsChina expects its price range to lie between 250,000 and 300,000 yuan (34,810 – 41,775 USD). It will rival Li L7, Aito M7, and other family-oriented SUVs.
