CATL & Voyah agreement
According to the agreement, CATL will actively cooperate with Voyah in developing battery products for new models. The world’s biggest battery maker will prioritize the provision of its newest technologies to Voyah. The two parties will promote applications of three battery series: Qilin, Shenxing, and Freevoy.

Interestingly, CATL and Voyah will carry out ecosystem cooperation in the battery swapping area. On October 21, CATL reported that it installed over 700 battery swap stations in 39 cities across China. They can store up to 30 batteries that could be replaced in 100 seconds. The maximum daily capacity of one station is 822 swaps.

Voyah will develop vehicles based on CATL’s Bedrock Chassis. It was revealed on December 24, 2024. This skateboard platform has a claimed cruising range of 1,000 km. The chassis has an integrated design with 2,000 Mpa hot-stamping steel. It supports a drive-by-wire system. It is also ready for the application of L3 & L4 driver’s assistance.

Both parties will focus on promoting localized supply chains. Moreover, Voyah and CATL will jointly conduct brand marketing and overseas business expansion. The long-term goal is to enhance the global presence of the Voyah brand.
CATL and Voyah signed a framework agreement for in-depth cooperation in 2023. Currently, CATL is Voyah’s core battery supplier. According to China EV DataTracker, Voyah delivered 134,352 vehicles from January to November 2025, up 82.6% Year-Over-Year. The Dongfeng’s high-end brand also actively explores overseas markets, including Europe.
