Lynk & Co 900 five-seat SUV launches in China with 1,363 km range, from 37,328 USD
Lynk & Co has launched the five-seat version of its flagship 900 SUV in China, with a limited-time trade-in starting price of 254,800 yuan (37,328 USD) and a standard price range of 299,800–345,800 yuan (43,921–50,659 USD).
The new variant expands the lineup one year after the six-seat flagship entered the market with up to 872 hp, while joining the brand’s broader April product push that recently included the pre-sale opening of the new Lynk & Co 10 sedan and 10 EM-P.
Built on Geely’s SPA Evo dedicated hybrid architecture, the new five-seat model focuses on rear cabin space and cargo practicality while retaining the powertrain and technology package of the larger flagship SUV.
| Model | Official price (yuan) | Limited-time trade-in price (yuan) | Price (USD) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1.5T Halo | 299,800 | 254,800 | 37,328 |
| 1.5T Ultra | 325,800 | 280,800 | 41,137 |
| 2.0T Ultra | 345,800 | 300,800 | 44,069 |
Larger cargo area and family-focused cabin
Compared with the existing six-seat version, the new Lynk & Co 900 five-seat places greater emphasis on second-row legroom and luggage capacity.
The rear trunk offers 1,030 L of standard cargo volume, expandable to 1,215 L, along with an additional 80 L of sunken storage. Chinese media reports also note a 1,350 mm cargo depth, making it more suitable for long family trips and larger luggage loads.
Inside, the SUV retains Lynk & Co’s high-end display package, including a 30-inch 6K integrated central display, 30-inch rear entertainment screen, 95-inch AR-HUD, and dual Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 cockpit chips running the Flyme Auto 2 system.
A child-rest configuration for the second row remains one of the more distinctive features, with the seat folding nearly flat into a dedicated rest space.
Up to 1,363 km combined range
Powertrain choices include 1.5T and 2.0T dedicated hybrid systems paired with rear single- or dual-motor setups.
The top 2.0T version delivers a combined output of 540 kW and 1,038 Nm of peak torque, enabling 0–100 km/h acceleration in 4.6 seconds and a top speed of 240 km/h.
It uses CATL’s Xiaoyao Hybrid battery pack with a capacity of 52.38 kWh and an energy density of 253 Wh/kg. Fast charging from 20% to 80% takes 17 minutes.
Lynk & Co quotes a CLTC pure electric range of up to 280 km and a combined range of up to 1,363 km, one of the key headline figures for the new launch.
Flagship tech package continues
The vehicle carries 29 driver-assistance sensors, including a 126-line lidar unit, five millimetre-wave radars, 11 cameras, and 12 ultrasonic radars.
Depending on the trim, it uses either the Nvidia Orin-X with 254 TOPS or the Nvidia Drive AGX Thor with 700 TOPS, supporting city and highway NOA functions.
This continues the flagship positioning first established by the six-seat Lynk & Co 900 introduced last year, which marked the brand’s move further into the full-size premium SUV segment.
Sales context
According to China EV DataTracker, Lynk & Co’s domestic sales stood at 18,086 units in March 2026, down 23.0% year-on-year but up 9.6% month-on-month from February’s 16,501 units. The March figure remains below the 25,546 units recorded in April 2025, highlighting the importance of new flagship launches such as the 900 five-seat and the recently opened pre-sale for the new Lynk & Co 10 lineup in supporting volume recovery.
